The Fifth Airai State Constitutional Government commenced in April 5, 2006 with the leadership of Honorable Victoria N. Kanai, current Governor of Airai State after the turn over by Airai Former Governor, Honorable Tmewang Rengulbai.  The Airai State Government have been led by three (3) Governors, primarily with the First Airai Governor, Charles I. Obichang, who effectively run the state government for two terms between the years from 1990-1998.  The Second Airai Governor, Tmewang Rengulbai successfully took over and run the administration of Airai State Government for two terms also, between the years from 1998-2006 until the current administration with Governor Victoria N. Kanai.

Since April, 2006, the Honorable Victoria N. Kanai, Governor of Airai State, passed the following LAWS:
